In order for us to continue to grow successfully, we are looking for an agile Project Manager to support our colleagues in Design and Software Engineering.
Your tasks
On a day-to-day basis, you help corporations, SMEs and start-ups to develop the digital solutions of the future. We often work on projects that are not only user-centric, but also make the world a little better.
- You manage customer projects from A to Z and act in various roles as Scrum Master, Product Owner and Project Manager.
- As a Project Manager, you will advise customers on customized web and mobile applications, lead the project team and ensure that the project is implemented on time and on budget.
- You support your team in working together in an organized and efficient manner, mastering challenges together and resolving conflicts in order to achieve the required goals with high quality and to inspire our customers.
- You have an understanding of business processes and their adequate mapping in software solutions and are familiar with the challenges and pitfalls of digital transformation processes.
- As a Project Manager, you support customers professionally and at eye level and ensure that projects are realized on time and within budget.
- You create sophisticated offers independently and present them convincingly to our customers.
Your profile
- You have a relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience and at least 5 years of experience in managing software development processes in an agency environment.
- You are able to structure complex stakeholder relationships and set up and manage project processes.
- You are a talented communicator and can act confidently towards customers and colleagues and continuously contribute to the further development of projects and teams.
- You have technical know-how from the ICT world, follow new technologies such as GenAI and are familiar with agile project methods such as Scrum and Kanban.
- You know the risks and costs of software development, can handle large budgets, adhere to timelines and estimate the scope to be realized.
- You are self-motivated and like to contribute your ideas to the organization. You are willing to develop yourself in your field of work in order to advance yourself, your team and Panter.
- You can easily communicate in German and English.
