In order for us to continue to grow successfully, we are looking for an agile Project Manager to support our colleagues in Design and Software Engineering.
Your tasks
On a day-to-day basis, you help corporations, SMEs and start-ups to develop the digital solutions of the future. We often work on projects that are not only user-centric, but also make the world a little better.
- You develop strategies and solutions for mobile and web applications and successfully implement them from A to Z together with your team.
- In an intensive exchange with customers, you quickly gain a clear understanding of a product and your customers’ goals and are not afraid to question certain framework conditions.
- As a product owner, you have an understanding of business processes and how to map them appropriately in software solutions and are familiar with the challenges and pitfalls of digital transformation processes.
- You are jointly responsible for mastering challenges together, resolving conflicts and inspiring our customers.
- You accompany and advise customers professionally and at eye level and ensure that projects are realized on time and within budget.
- You help your team to manage the backlog in an organized and efficient manner and to achieve the set goals with high quality.
- You will independently create sophisticated offers and use them to support sales.
Your profile
- You have a relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience and at least 5 years of experience in managing software development processes in an agency environment.
- You are a talented communicator and can act confidently towards customers and colleagues and continuously contribute to the further development of projects and teams.
- You are familiar with methods and tools such as business model and value proposition canvas, service blueprinting, lean startup and service design.
- You know the risks and costs of software development, can handle large budgets, adhere to timelines and estimate the scope to be realized.
- You are self-motivated and like to contribute your ideas to the organization. You are willing to develop yourself in your field of work in order to advance yourself, your team and Panter.
- You can easily communicate in German and English.
- Your plus: You are familiar with the trends in the ICT world and can critically assess technological innovations.
