Agile project manager

Your tasks

As a project manager, you will oversee several agency projects and take on the tasks of a Scrum Master or Product Owner depending on the situation. You advise our customers on the evaluation and implementation of web and mobile applications and support the team in their implementation.

As a Scrum Master, you are responsible for ensuring that your team achieves its goals to a high standard. You actively support it so that challenges can be mastered together, conflicts can be resolved and our customers can be inspired.

As a product owner, you have an understanding of business processes and their adequate mapping in software solutions and are familiar with the challenges and pitfalls of digital transformation processes. Knowledge of requirements engineering as well as methods and tools such as customer journey and design thinking are an advantage.

As a project manager, you know how to explain the costs of a project to customers in an understandable way, where compromises are negotiable and are able to write offers independently and present them to the customer convincingly.

What you bring with you

Agile software development is part of your DNA and you have experience in applying Scrum in an agency environment.

You communicate confidently with the Scrum team, encourage and challenge your colleagues and thus contribute to the continuous development of the team. Your focus is on setting up and adhering to processes, you see yourself as a servant leader and are not afraid of complex situations.

Thanks to your technical background, you enjoy the respect of your team and help them to work as efficiently as possible. Your focus on finances, timelines and the scope to be realized round off your profile as a project manager.

In addition to your core activity as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach, you are motivated and preferably experienced in dealing with customers. You will manage projects independently and be responsible for creating and maintaining the backlog.

You are pragmatic in your approach and reliable in achieving your goals. You are self-motivated and like to contribute your ideas to the organization.

You are willing to develop yourself in your field of work in order to advance yourself, your team and Panter.

You can easily communicate in German and English.

How to get to us

First there is a short interview where you get to know us and we get to know you. We will then clarify your skills in a technical interview before you get to know your future team. If it still suits both parties, we will be happy to send you a contract.
