With myright.ch, AXA-ARAG Rechtsschutzversicherung offers its customers legal advice on demand. Panter supported AXA-ARAG with a software and design development team and – together with its partner company reverse – with expertise in service design.

Straightforward legal advice

The aim of myright.ch is to offer uncomplicated and attractive legal advice that is cheaper than comparable advice from competitors. Telephone advice is confidential, unbureaucratic and charged at a flat rate. At myright.ch, AXA-ARAG experts also provide useful tips and templates on important legal issues.

MVP in just a few weeks

As a result of the first service design workshop with reverse, the solution could be refined and specifically tailored to the needs of AXA-ARAG’s customers. A prototype was ready for testing within a few weeks and the MVP was launched after five months. The solution is based on Ruby on Rails and vue.js, which meant it could be developed quickly. The use of Rails technology also facilitates future customisations and extensions to the site.

Finally, in collaboration with its partner LA Click, Panter integrated a comprehensive marketing analytics solution that enables AXA-ARAG to measure the impact of its offer and develop it in line with user needs.
