What do you want to achieve through your work?
My aim is to enrich people’s daily lives through my work – either by making their professional processes more efficient or by making things a little easier. This gives them more space to indulge in their passions and enjoy precious moments.
What drives you every day?
I enjoy solving interesting problems together with experienced employees.
How will your field develop in the future?
I expect software engineering to develop in the direction of specialization and new job profiles to emerge, as employees will be able to focus on new aspects of their work.
What is your most significant achievement at Panter so far?
I can’t think of anything. I try to do my best every day.
