New generation, new challenges<\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]Katia began her presentation by stating that management positions are becoming increasingly less attractive to the younger generation.
\nThis is leading to an increasing shortage of motivated managers, which could have a long-term impact on companies.
\nYoung talents often shy away from management positions because they do not feel sufficiently prepared for the demands and responsibilities.
\nKatia pointed out that the younger generation’s expectations of their professional role are changing.
\nAspects such as work-life balance, personal development and meaningfulness of work are at the forefront.
\nAgainst the backdrop of demographic change and new values, she raised the question of how companies can better prepare young talent for leadership roles.
