Der Fokus liegt insbesondere auf der N\u00fctzlichkeit, Benutzerfreundlichkeit und der Verst\u00e4ndlichkeit der Anwendungen. Bei \u00abthere for you\u00bb haben unsere UX-Expert*innen unter anderem die Rolle einer Person \u00fcbernommen, die Spenden sammeln will. UX-Analyse und Ergebnisse<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Verschiedene Aspekte wie Layout, Farbgestaltung und Inhaltsseiten wurden sorgf\u00e4ltig gepr\u00fcft. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit wurde der Suchfunktion, der Navigation und vor allem dem Registrierungsprozess gewidmet. Erfreulicherweise waren die Ergebnisse \u00fcberwiegend positiv, insbesondere in Bezug auf das Layout und die Inhaltsseiten. Herausforderungen wurden jedoch bei der Navigation und bei einigen User Flows wie der Registrierung und der Eingabe eines Spendenaufrufs festgestellt, obwohl das Design und die allgemeine Struktur der Website bereits sehr gut funktionierten. Mit ihrer Expertise in der Erstellung von Wireframes und ihrem ausgepr\u00e4gten Servicebewusstsein truen sie zur Neugestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Plattform bei, die am 20. Weiterentwicklung durch UX-Expert-Review<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Unser UX-Expert-Review deckte dann verschiedene M\u00e4ngel auf, wobei sich der Login-Prozess als Hauptkritikpunkt herausstellte. Interessanterweise erhielt die mobile Version der Plattform ein besseres Feedback als die Desktop-Version. Es ist auch wichtig zu betonen, dass die Verbesserungen, die sich aus dem UX-Review ergeben haben, Teil eines umfassenderen Optimierungsprozesses sind.
