She was particularly impressed by the vast distances and untouched nature. She practises yoga and does various sports. How would you describe Panter to a friend?<\/b><\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”4px”][nectar_highlighted_text scribble_color=”#7000ff” style=”scribble” scribble_shape=”basic-underline” scribble_thickness=”thick” scribble_speed=”1.8s” scribble_easing=”ease_in_out”]For me personally, a particularly interesting aspect of my work at Panter is that I get to work on exciting projects. The fact that the company is increasingly focusing on sustainability is exactly in line with my interests. What definitely sets Panter apart is the remarkable flexibility they offer their employees. <\/span>[\/nectar_highlighted_text][nectar_highlighted_text scribble_color=”#7000ff” style=”scribble” scribble_shape=”basic-underline” scribble_thickness=”thick” scribble_speed=”1.8s” scribble_easing=”ease_in_out”]I find the ecosystem around Panter extremely interesting, especially the diverse connections to start-ups and the Impact Hub Zurich. A particular highlight for me is the salary transparency. Here, salaries are set within the respective levels and are the same for everyone. Instead of buying cookies, chocolate bars and the like, I now keep it simpler. Then a spoonful of Nutella<\/em> is the perfect choice for me, especially when I’m craving something sweet.
