What is your tried and tested method for getting better at programming?

  • Critically scrutinize your own code or that written by other developers.
  • Look for several possible solutions to a problem and choose the one that best fits the given problem.
  • Try to learn from other, more experienced developers.
  • Discuss new solutions if necessary.
  • Be curious, but don’t get bogged down.

How would you describe Panter to a friend?

Panter is a modern company that stands for transparency and equal pay as well as offering a flexible workplace and much more. It is also great to be able to work with a great and very experienced team.

It has flat hierarchies so that every employee has a say in decisions about the future of the company (sociocracy). Panter enables an excellent work-life balance by allowing you to determine your own workload and enjoy up to 6 weeks paid vacation.

A place that makes you happy?

You can certainly see me grinning on the water, especially when there’s a lot of wind and I’m standing on a windsurfing board or my new sailing dinghy.
