WolfPak has set itself the goal of sustainably optimizing the leadership skills of managers through the use of an innovative, AI-supported application.
A key advantage is the reduction in training costs, as inefficient training methods are supplemented or completely replaced by targeted, practice-oriented learning content.
The application is available for both web and mobile devices, making it particularly easy for users to access. Personalized learning paths and feedback mechanisms tailored to individual needs continuously train managers’ leadership skills.
However, WolfPak’s AI Coach is aimed specifically at Gen Z, which is the main target group, and therefore places great emphasis on a high level of user-friendliness and smooth integration into existing work processes. This ensures that the technology is effectively integrated into users’ day-to-day work.

Secure cloud architecture with modern identity management
The application is hosted in the Google Cloud, protected with standard state-of-the-art security features. Transmission is always encrypted.
For authentication, WolfPak uses a cloud-based service, including Google Identity Provider, which provides secure and scalable user authentication with features such as multi-factor authentication and secure token management.
This setup ensures robust security with the flexibility and efficiency required for a dynamic application with high traffic volumes.
No personal data is transmitted to ChatGPT, only publicly available information and anonymous user data.

Backend
The backend is based on a microservice architecture and is deployed on a serverless cloud platform to ensure maximum scalability. Each microservice, including those responsible for data indexing, data scraping, AI processing and core application logic, operates independently and can be scaled horizontally to handle different loads.
The AI functionalities are provided via ChatGPT 3.5 or 4(o) and Google Cloud. Panter’s own RAG framework was developed for the AI chatbot using Langchain in order to offer the best possible speed and quality.
Front end
The use of a hybrid framework and isomorphic UI elements enables the use of a single code base for both web and mobile platforms with React Native, achieving cost efficiency in development and the greatest possible accessibility on different channels.
The front end is based on a responsive layout grid and is optimized for both desktop (currently still a key channel in the user’s working environment) and mobile devices to ensure a consistent and visually appealing experience in any application context.
Design
The intuitive AI chat interface provides easy access to personalized training plans – task-focused modals keep the user in the flow. The responsive layout grid guarantees a seamless experience on desktop and mobile devices.
A design that is clearly focused on user-friendliness and specific to the target group creates a clear USP. Intuitive navigation, interactive elements and real-time feedback increase engagement.
The system is complemented by a modular design system that enables flexible extensions and quick adaptations.
