Wolfpak is a digital coach on the topic of leadership that helps companies to train their managers in a targeted manner. Users can have their knowledge of specific leadership topics tested in scientifically based assessments. Based on the results, each user is assigned a leadership persona with a personalized learning path that is tailored to their individual development needs based on the assessment results.
Learning takes place using podcasts, videos and text snippets, with AI-generated summaries for everything. Companies also have the option of uploading their own training material to supplement the predefined content.
