The digital AI coach for managers
Wolfpak is a digital coach on the topic of leadership that helps companies to train their managers in a targeted manner. Users can have their knowledge of specific leadership topics tested in scientifically based assessments. Based on the results, each user is assigned a leadership persona with a personalized learning path that is tailored to their individual development needs based on the assessment results. Learning takes place using podcasts, videos and text snippets, with AI-generated summaries for everything. Companies also have the option of uploading their own training material to supplement the predefined content. An integrated AI chatbot is available to users on current management issues, which provides additional support and makes the learning process interactive. Wolfpak has an AI-supported admin backend for the procurement and provision of learning content. This allows excerpts and summaries to be easily integrated into the AI.

Maximum safety, minimum compromises
The application is hosted in the Google Cloud, protected with standard state-of-the-art security features. The transmission is always encrypted. For authentication, WolfPak uses a cloud-based service, including Google Identity Provider, which provides secure and scalable user authentication with features such as multi-factor authentication and secure token management. This setup ensures robust security while providing the flexibility and efficiency required for a dynamic, high-traffic application. No personal data is transmitted to ChatGPT, only publicly available information and anonymous user data.
Future-proof: the technology behind Wolfpak
The backend is based on a microservice architecture and is deployed on a serverless cloud platform to ensure maximum scalability. Each microservice, including those responsible for data indexing, data scraping, AI processing and core application logic, operates independently and can be scaled horizontally to handle different loads.
The AI functionalities are provided via ChatGPT 3.5 or 4(o) and Google Cloud. For the AI chatbot, a Panter proprietary RAG framework was developed using Langchain to provide the best possible speed and quality.
Frontend: The use of a hybrid framework and isomorphic UI elements enables the use of a single code base for both web and mobile platforms with React Native, achieving cost efficiency in development and the greatest possible accessibility on different channels.

WolfPak uses advanced AI technologies to generate accurate and actionable insights specifically tailored to the learning and development needs of future leaders. The data pipeline has been carefully designed to process complex, unstructured text documents by first removing irrelevant data and extracting the most relevant sections. These sections are then transformed into rich text embeddings that allow for deeper analysis. Our specially developed AI-based processes extract the meaning of the data and categorize it to ensure that each piece of information is assigned to the correct category. The result is high-quality embeddings, enriched with summaries, keywords and links, and stored for easy retrieval. The digital AI coach uses this information to provide users with precise, contextualized insights.
